Enth Introduces Search Engine giving Sports Fans an edge in the upcoming Fantasy Baseball Season

CHICAGO – March 12, 2007 – Enth, Inc., the next generation search engine, today announced its Internet search capabilities in the expansive and rapidly growing universe of structured sports data. Having recently partnered with STATS, Inc., the global leader in sports information, Enth provides easy-to-use access to Major League Baseball and National Football League data archives and enables sports fans and enthusiasts to aggregate, filter and sort information within a structured database to get the exact results they’re looking for.

Not only can visitors go to www.enth.com to get specific statistical information on who had the lowest earned run average (ERA) in the National League in 2006 with a minimum of 200 innings pitched, users can find key stats that help breakdown match-ups and give them an advantage when “drafting” fantasy baseball teams. Throughout the 2007 baseball season statistics will be updated in real-time, giving fans and fantasy players even greater insight.

“Information is power, especially when it comes to sports,” said Enth founder John Grace. “Whether it’s stumping your local sports talk radio show host, having the edge when drafting your fantasy baseball team or just proving your buddies wrong when they think they know how many times Alfonso Soriano has been caught stealing since 2004, Enth provides valuable information at your fingertips.”

Combining Enth’s technology with premier sports data from STATS, Inc., users can search, aggregate, filter and sort through 130,000 rows of annual baseball data for any person that ever played in one of the established major leagues since 1871. Once a request is sent through the search engine, a new, unique Web page is created from the data based on the question submitted by the user. The number of potential Web pages that can be created from just this one sample dataset is virtually unlimited.

Whereas traditional search engines pull words from Web pages scattered throughout the Internet—ones that may not even answer the desired question—Enth’s next-generation search engine pulls information stored in databases, providing a search tool to locate and extract the exact information the user is looking for.
